Dedicated Committed Faithful Integrity, LLC (DCFI) is a work based community entity dedicated to providing life & soft skill training & job placement services to the unskilled population in Dallas and surrounding communities. We are committed to bringing educational opportunities to underserved populations with limited resources and minimal access to professional and businesses contact.

GED Courses

The GED Program prepares students to take the GED examination.

This Program offers integrated instruction in the four areas covered on the GED test:

Reasoning through Language Arts, Science, Social Studies and Mathematical Reasoning.

Skilled Male Business Leader Coaching Interested Business People

Life Skills

Life Skills is a service to help people make informed decisions, solve problems, think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, empathize with others, and cope with and manage their lives in a healthy manner.

Professional Skills

Professional Skills is helpful to learn how to work within a company setting and interact with others. Teamwork, patience, time management, communication, self-awareness and boundary setting and respect for self and others, are equally as important.

Job Placement

Job Placement is a program that will connect employer to employee. DCFI staffing will provide transportation to and back if your hired. This service is free until you get your first paycheck.

Job Training

Job readiness training programs are to get one ready for the workplace by providing training with dress, filling out application, interviews, resumes, job search on the computer, and helps gain confidence, etc.
